The study examined Information Communication Technology (ICT)Utilisation and Circulation Routines in Federal University Libraries in North- East, Nigeria. One specific objective, one research question and one null hypothesis were formulated to guide the study. A descriptive survey design was adopted. The population comprised 399 librarians and para-professional librarians of the six federal university libraries in the North-East, Nigeria and all were censured. The research instrument that was used for this study was a questionnaire. Tagged, “Information Communication Technology Utilisation and Circulation Routines Questionnaire” (ICTCRQ). The questionnaire was based on a four- point rating scale. Pearson product moment correlation coefficient was used to answer the research questionand the null hypothesis formulated at 0.05 level of significance. Based on the finding, it was concluded that there is relationship between ICT utilisation and circulation routines in federal university libraries in North-East, Nigeria. It was recommended that the management of the libraries under study should provide necessary ICT facilities and training on ICT utilisation for librarians in the library in order to have efficient circulation routines.
